Recipe: Mediterranean Tuna Salad
1/2 lb. Small Potatoes
1/4 lb. Green Beans (trimmed & halved)
1 5oz. Can of Tuna (no salt added & drained)
4 C. Salad Greens
1 C. Cherry Tomatoes (quartered)
Recipe: French Vinaigrette
2 Tbs. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 Tbs. Mayonnaise
1 Tbs. Whole Grain Mustard
2 tsp. Red Wine or Sherry Vinegar
1/4 tsp. Kosher Salt
Fresh Herbs (optional)
