Cooking Class
Join us for a cooking class with registered Dietician and professional chef, Nicole Schillinger.
We’ll be making 2 dishes – Chicken Pot Pie & Sheet Pan Mediterranean Shrimp. You choose which dish – you can make one or both of them. Just bring your supplies and ingredients and meet in the Chef’s Kitchen. Canvas will supply the oils & spices. Here’s what you’ll need to bring for each recipe…
Chicken Pot Pie:
- • 1 ½ pounds boneless chicken breasts
- • 10.5 ounce can cream of chicken soup
- • 1 cup milk
- • ½ onion chopped
- • 16 ounce bag frozen mixed vegetables
- • ½ cup chopped celery
- • 16 ounce package Grands Biscuits
- • pot or crockpot
- • knife & cutting board
Sheet Pan Shrimp:
- • 1 ½ lb large shrimp, peeled
- • 1 bunch fresh asparagus
- • 2 cloves garlic, minced
- •1 whole red onion, sliced
- • 1 whole lemon, juiced
- • 1 cup black olives, pitted
- • 1 cup feta cheese
- • ⅓ cup fresh cilantro or parsley
