Amy Milford was my leasing agent who showed my wife and I the Canvass property. At first, the property is daunting but Amy ... was so thoughtful, kind and patient with my wife and I we felt like she was family. Her attention to detail was incredible. Every question which we had many were discussed and if she was unaware she found out the answers as to floor plan deviation from the Villanova model we were interested in. The time she took with us for over an hour to tour the facility and go over the amenities sold us that this is the place for us to live. I highly recommend Amy as she is an outstanding person who my wife and I were made to feel so comfortable to ask even small silly questions. My husband Bob and I have lived at Canvas Valley Forge for almost three years! We have enjoyed every minute of it. The staff ... and residents are very welcoming and they are kind and considerate. Gloria, the activities director, Barbara the Concierge and Eileen the leasing agent are the best of the best. They cannot do enough for you!! It is so nice to know that we are in a safe, and well maintained environment and the only thing we have to worry about is our own apartment. My mother moved to the Canvas from the Upper East Side of Manhattan and she has adjusted beautifully. Everything at the Canvas ... is high end and carefully selected for the discerning eye. The environment is incredibly friendly and well maintained. They have handled Covid really responsibly and I have felt safe about all of their careful choices. My wife and I have lived Canvas since March 2018. We initially planned on renting temporarily until we purchased a house ... or condo in the local area but now we cannot imagine leaving. The Bozzuto management staff is extremely nice and responsive to inquiries. The common areas are huge and always clean. The pool and hot tub are well maintained. The gated resident parking garage is secure with several designated guest spots for visitors, plus ample parking in Town Center. There are loads of regular activities ranging from live music, catered events, personal trainers in the gym, dance lessons, various trips to Philadelphia, etc. It may be more expensive than some other apartment complexes in Town Center, King of Prussia, but it's worth it.
